Verity Sparrowhawk

Clinical Director, Osteopath

Verity graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2017. Verity is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a Member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO).

My Background

Verity is qualified in Sports Massage and holds a Foundation Degree in Sport and Fitness also. The fundamentals of these courses encouraged her to explore and expand her knowledge of the human body. In particular, how it functions and how it can heal without medication.

After suffering many years with headaches, Verity found Osteopathy and now after reaping the benefits aims to provide all patients with whole body treatments that not only treats the symptoms but the cause of the problem and to prevent future concerns. Verity has experience in treating people with life limiting illness and has a passion for helping those feel their best even at their worst.

My Approach & Philosophy

Verity has a positive outlook and wants everybody to be able to enjoy their life to the fullest for the longest time possible. Verity has a passion for health and keeping you moving after all You only have one body and one life!

Verity loves to keep active, travel and explore the outdoors, taking any opportunity with both hands as who knows what it may bring…forever the optimist!

Drishya Katwal

Hi, I am Drishya Katwal. My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of sports massage and Dry cupping.
My passion is to help heal people with injury and recovery fast. My results focused massage techniques combine myo-facial, deep tissue, active release, and dry cupping to provide lasting results.
I am a very active person who loves to work out and spend time with my cats.

Héloïse

Héloïse graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2017. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopath (iO).

Over the years post graduation, Héloïse has completed further courses in Women’s Health and Paediatric Osteopathy. Whilst she has a particular interest in treating pre and post partum mums and babies, she still enjoys treating a broad range of patients.

Within her practice Héloïse believes the importance of looking at the patient as a whole to understand why the patient came into the clinic. Her approach is patient- centered, using a broad range of gentle hands on techniques such as cranial osteopathy, visceral manipulation to name a few.

In her free time, Héloïse enjoys keeping active and anything that involves being outdoors. She loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
